Brad Schlecht

CEO
Brad is one of the founding members of the company logging in over 30 years of valuable experience. His dedication and loyalty to his employees and customers have driven Brad to excel to the top, senior level of the company. From humble beginnings, Brad has been a driving force of growing the business from the family's garage to what it is today - a multi-million dollar company with locations in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and North Carolina. Brad brings a unique vision and earnest determination to daily operations and future expansion. Brad is a graduate of Arizona State University with Bachelor of Science in Business.

Darren Rawson

President
Darren brings a breadth of experience in Business Development, Strategy and Operations to the role of President. He has proven himself as a formidable leader having performed in a variety of executive roles at Steren Electronics, HD Supply, Wilson Supply and W.W.Grainger. Darren recently founded and managed his own consulting business, LMD Technologies, Inc. serving clients on a range of strategy engagements. Darren has served as Member, President, and Vice President on CovalentWorks, WilsonCOS, and WilsonEurasia Boards of Directors respectively. Most recently, He served as a Board Member for Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) Accessories Board. His educational foundation culminated with an honors MBA from Lake Forest College and he has a Bachelor’s in Economics from Hobart College.

Jim Straub

VP Operations & Administration
Over the past 30 plus years, Jim has been involved in almost every aspect of AZ Partsmaster's growth. He has overseen Sales, IT, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, and Finance. Currently Jim oversees the Finance and Human Resources departments. What started as one branch and five employees, Jim has been instrumental to helping the company become a regional supplier serving six states and employing more than 200 team members.

Don Maurer

VP Supply Chain & Technology
Since 1991, Don has been involved in all of our branch's information technology, printed materials, and website development. He is responsible for establishing our branch locations and oversees the development of our business management system. Don works diligently to develop and implement new policies, procedures, and tools to sustain the company's growth. Don graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Brian Mendelson

VP Sales & Business Development
Brian has spent much of his career in multi-family distribution. Initially as a principal at Gulf Coast/Supply Depot in Texas then later in executive leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development at Home Depot Pro, The Parts House, and Professional Plumbing Group. He brings a significant amount of experience in building and leading top-performing teams while implementing transformational strategy and unique programs. Brian proudly graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Information Systems.

Scott Sherman

VP Strategic Accounts
Scott has been with AZ Partsmaster since August 2000 and oversees the growth and development of our regional sales teams. He provides strategic and executive oversight to our national account, regional sales and in-field account managers. Scott personally develops our field training programs to ensure a better experience for our customers. As a former sales team member, Scott knows first-hand how to design, develop, and deliver a high-touch experience for every single one of our customers. Scott has served the Multi-Family - MRO industry since 1984.

Roger Bowman

VP Merchandising & Marketing
Roger began his career with AZ Partsmaster in 2011 and is responsible for merchandising, marketing, and business development across all regions the company serves. As a brand champion, Roger takes a strategic approach to our multi-channel marketing activities by executing on our sales enablement plan. He also oversees the following corporate initiatives: customer service, renovations and special orders. Prior to 2011, Roger held senior management roles with national MRO, manufacturing, distributing and retail organizations. Roger is a graduate of the United States International University and has a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management.

Bryan Adamson

VP Finance
Bryan joined AZ Partsmaster in 2016 and brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. As VP of Finance, Bryan oversees the company financial records and is responsible for executing our financial strategy through forecasting, budgeting, and risk management. Bryan is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington.

Cynthia Lopez

Director of Human Resources
Cynthia’s abundant knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources make her invaluable to the Partsmaster team. Her strengths and resourcefulness were cultivated throughout the past 20 years as she managed Human Resource functions in the various industries of healthcare, manufacturing, marketing and financial services. Her adeptness in her field includes HR consultation and Strategy, Workforce Planning, as well as Organizational Design and Development. The breadth of her skills encompass compliance, best practices, HR infrastructure, policy and procedure development.

Meredith Daniel

Director of Customer Engagement
Meredith joins AZP with a wealth of experience, over 28 years, in operations and management. Skilled in maximizing departmental operations and successful project management she will be pivotal in Partsmaster’s growth. Drawing upon her areas of expertise she will be leading our Customer Service Team, Special Orders Team, Renovation Team support, and the coordination of our fabrication order processing.

Tracy Daniel

Director of Merchandising
Tracy’s vast experience in the multi-family MRO industry is a welcome addition to our team. His value stems rising from Customer Service & Operations Associate to eBusiness Manager to Merchant of multiple product categories and Renovations. Having exceled at each of these roles he understands the complexity and interconnectivity of each role and its place within the larger system dynamic. Tracy will be spearheading our Merchandising Department by fortifying our supplier relationships and honing our product mix.
